Who we are

ModelGems operates this website at modelgems.com. You can contact us through our contact form about this policy.

Information you provide

When you send a project inquiry, we receive the name, email address, company name (if supplied), and project details you enter. The form emails this information to the site administrator so we can respond and discuss the inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Technical information

Our hosting provider and WordPress may process technical data needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser information, and server logs. WordPress may use essential cookies for site administration. We will update this page if we add analytics, advertising trackers, customer accounts, or payments.

Sharing and retention

Inquiry information may be processed by our hosting and email providers to deliver and store messages. We retain inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage a potential business relationship, subject to applicable law. We do not publish inquiry details on the website.

Shortlist storage

The model shortlist uses local storage in your current browser to remember the public model names, profile links, and thumbnails you select. No account is needed. You can remove individual models or clear the list using the shortlist controls. Choosing Build a brief places the selected model names in the contact-page URL and inquiry text.

Your choices

Contact us through the contact form to ask about information you have submitted or to request its correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.
